Continuous Cooperation and Coordination
Vocational further training needs supportive structures and strong links between the involved countries and actors. The overall steering of BICO is organized by a Transnational Project Management Team, which consists of Arbeit und Leben Bielefeld and three national coordinators from Bulgaria, Lithuania and Romania.
The project management team provides professional input, practical guidance and continuous assistance for all partners. The national coordinators are the first address for contact, transfer of information, ongoing cooperation and workflow management within the national subnets.
